STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sierra Equipment Limited
All orders are subject to acceptance by Sierra Equipment Limited (Sierra Anchors) and are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of acceptance of the order. Orders will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of shipment. Backorders will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of shipment of original order. No additions to backorders will be allowed. All prices are subject to change without notice.
CREDIT:
New accounts must furnish satisfactory credit references and financial information. Allow five working days for credit approval.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
2% 10 days, net 30 days from date of invoice. The quick pay discount may not be earned on C.O.D. orders.
LATE PAYMENT:
A service charge of 2% per month will be imposed on all past due accounts. No orders will be shipped to delinquent accounts.
TAXES:
Buyer bears all taxes.
SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE: Claims for shortages, damage or price corrections must be made within 10 days of receipt.
RETURNED GOODS:
Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior written authorization. Returns must be prepaid, returns are subject to a handling charge of 25%.
BROKEN PACKAGE:
Less than standard package quantity orders will be accepted subject to a 25% broken package surcharge.
SHIPPING TERMS:
All orders are shipped F.O.B. our Toronto warehouse. A freight allowance of 2% of the net value of the order will be applied against the shipping charges. All orders will be prepaid and charged.
MINIMUM ORDERS:
A $ 2.50 service charge will be added to all orders having a net billing value less than $ 25.00.
SPECIALS:
Orders for special or non-stock material are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
