High Performance Anchors, Fasteners for All Concrete and Masonry Applications.
Product Description
The cast-in place Zamac Insert is designed for preplanned fastening in concrete. The insert provides rustproof threaded metal inserts in precast, pre-stressed or poured inplace concrete. Install with bolts through holes in stell forms or by means of reusable concrete insert plugs on wood forms.
Also available in overtapped sizes for galvanized bolts and rods.
General Applications and Uses
Heavy machinery, air ducts, railings, traffic lights, park benches and temporary or seasonal barriers and railings.
Features and Benefits
Precast inserts are die cast of a zinc alloy (Zamac 5), which provides excellent resistance to atmospheric conditions and will not stain finished insallations. Preplanned location of inserts eliminates costly concrete drilling and masonry anchor installation.

Product Description
The Wood Form concrete inserts are installed onto wooden forms used to support newly poured concrete floor slabs, roof slabs or walls. When the concrete has cured, the forms are stripped, and the color coded flange is visibly embedded in the concrete surface. The inserts allow the attachment of threaded rod or bolts in sizes from 1/4 thru 3/4". The six sided impact plate offers resistance to rotation within the concrete as threaded rod is being installed.
A coil thread design is available in 1/2 and 3/4" sizes for forming applications.
General Applications and Uses
Hanging pipe and sprinkler systems, lighting systems and overhead utilities, HVAC ductwork and strut channels, concrete formwork.
Features and Benefits
Heavy-Duty and Medium-Duty all-purpose anchor, UL and FM listed. No need for hole spotting. Preplanned location of inserts eliminates costly concrete drilling and masonry anchor installation.
Metal Deck Insert Anchors are designed for installation through pre-drilled metal composite deck used to support a newly poured concrete floor or roof slab. Depending upon the size chosen, the protective sleeve protrudes below the surface of the deck allowing overhead attachment of threaded rod or bolts in sizes of 1/4 thru 7/8".
